Refund policy

At IdleGifts, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your contact email] with:

• A clear photo of the item showing the issue
• Your order number

We will arrange a free reprint or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
